I think you’re right. Looking at photos of Jere Burns as Wynn Duffy (“Justified”) at IMDb and G.B. Shaw (age 44, about 1900) at Wikipedia, the hair, the eyebrows, that stare, the mustache, but Duffy no chin hair, close. That stare and the eyebrows is what threw me off.
