This is something like the conversations I’ve had with my mother about new technology she finds annoying.
“Why do they keep installing those automatic checkouts? I never use them! Nobody I know likes them!”
“Well, yeah, but your generation’s aging out, Mom. The kids these days all prefer working with machines to having to talk to real people.”
And even prefer talking to people they like via machines.
