This cartoon got me thinking. I’ll never be able to watch another movie or TV show the same again. How many times did Sky King take off on a rescue mission without filing a flight plan with the FAA?
Last night I re-watched “Night of the Blood Beast” in which the isolated space scientists destroyed a space alien invader with Molotov Cocktails. At no time did they file Federal Form 1s with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives to make and register Destructive Devices as required under Title II (1934 NFA).
