Of course, at my house, those gallons of milk don’t last long enough to go sour. (Unlike diet soda, milk goes well with all kinds of recipes such as potato sausage soup, and my family also practically guzzles milk in our twenty-ounce glasses with all the chocolate powder and/or syrup we’ve got in our pantry.) As for the soda, (no diet stuff for me, thank you; I prefer actual sugar), we can still get lots of the off-brands of it cheap at the local dollar store even during this pandemic. I’ll bet Davie’s totally fabricating that “good authority” source for the next Mad Max movie, unless the soda-bottling company that made him recently bought the entire friggin’ movie studio just to get its movies to plug their products…
